DEPOSIT
50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a booking. Payment in full is required immediately if booking is made less than two months in advance.
FINAL PAYMENT
Final payment is required 60 days prior to arrival. Failure to pay the balance payment by the due date means the reservation will be cancelled, in which case the deposit will be forfeited.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation made less than two months prior to the due arrival date (or if the guest fails to arrive) will result in the full accommodation charge being payable with no refund, recognising it is very unlikely we can secure another booking at that late stage.
Cancellation more than two months prior to the due arrival date will result in 50% of the full accommodation charge being retained by Villa Tanjung. The remaining 50% balance will be refunded.
Cancellation made more than 60 days prior to scheduled check in date will result in the deposit (50% of the full accommodation charge) being retained by Villa Tanjung. The remaining 50% balance (if paid) will be refunded.
All assistance will be given to enable cancelling guests to claim on travel insurance to reimburse the loss if they are required to cancel for insurable reasons.

Villa Tanjung disclaims all liability for loss of or damage to property and personal injury (including death) sustained by any guest regardless of how or where the loss, damage, injury or death occurred. An acknowledgment will be required to be signed on check-in.
